Tapping Into our Resilience: an intro to EFT
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also called tapping, is a meridian-based practice that combines ancient healing wisdom and modern psychology to cultivate resilience. EFT helps reprogram our default responses to challenging situations, from fear and contraction to empathy, self-acceptance and curiosity. Basic EFT is a simple, self-applied modality that can be done anywhere, anytime once you learn the foundations.
Livi Joy is a permaculture and embodiment enthusiast deeply committed to composting the dominator fear-based power-over paradigm and cultivating a cooperative, mystery-loving, power-within paradigm, living and loving in the Bay Area, CA.
