Nationally recognized Thai Massage instructor Damion Bond (aka Arroh Meuse) opens the workshop with a brief lecture on the philosophy, etiquette, and history of Thai massage followed by a guided demonstration of relieving postures and movements that cover and sooth all major muscle groups and energy meridians. Explaining how palms, elbows, forearms, and feet can be used as effective healing tools, she guides each partner through fun, easy and relaxing massage that will rejuvenate your spirit. Gentle stretching combined with decompressing maneuvers allows each partner to feel relaxed in this yoga-like is as though your partner is practicing yoga for your body while you remain passive and at ease.


Woven Body Healing Arts founder/instructor, Damion, witnesses both body and spirit as a study is balance, a structure whose efficiency relies on the seamless inter-workings of its parts. Her work's focus is to help weave the human form into this seamless cohesion. Damion teaches methods for relaxation, release through energy movement healing. She has been twice certified as an Instructor of Thai Medicinal Art Forms (Tao Mountain's Teacher Training Program and Naga Center's Teacher Training) and is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Teacher, Teacher of Body Mapping, and Sound & Vibrational Healing Practitioner. Woven Body, her teaching project and healing practice, began in 2005 and has homes in Richmond, VA.
